We will gladly refund your Squeezy Tees if it is unwashed, unworn and all tags are attached
1. You MUST contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS to request a return authorization (RA#). If your item is in resale condition we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
2. Enclose a copy or portion of your invoice so that we may refund the correct customer.
3. Ship your package to our return address below. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Squeezy Tees and Olive I, Inc can not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
* Please remember to remove all excess labels from the outside package you are shipping in and CLEARLY print the RA # on the package label
* If you have received your package and is damaged by the carrier it is up to you to contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS so we may file a claim regarding the damaged item.
* As a reminder we do NOT return worn or washed items.
* Any return or carrier claims after 10 days will be at the discretion of Ricky Smithline, Inc.
